Terms and Conditions

  • To purchase knives and sharps in the UK, a prospective purchaser must be 18 or over, and they must agree to this at the point of purchase. This is a legal requirement. 

  • Goods are sold in good faith, and any material defect (on a discounted item, for example) will be clear in the description

  • It is the prospective customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods they intend to purchase are fit for their needs. If they are in any doubt, then we will be happy to advise

  • Additional photos and measurements are always possible - again, please ask prior to purchase

  • Please note that the business is a part time, one man band enterprise and at busy periods we may not be able to hit the high standards of delivery and service that we aspire to. Please bear with us - be assured that we are always doing our best

  • Please also note that all the knives are unique, and as such, it is almost impossible to duplicate exactly. I do my very best to keep stock levels up to date, but if an item is purchased that subsequently is not available, I will contact the purchaser to offer an immediate refund or agree a suitable replacement

Refund and/or Replacement Policy

All White Peak Knives products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and issues for their designed lifespan. For knives, this means the trading life of the company.

If you wish to make a claim, please contact via email in the first instance with photos of the issue

Provided the item concerned has been used and looked after appropriately and does not fall into an exclusion, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

 

The main exclusions are

​

  • Water damage caused by prolonged immersion, such as in a dishwasher, or left in a wet leather sheath

  • General rust or discolouration of high carbon steel

  • Breakage when used inappropriately, i.e. used as a workshop tool, chisel or pry, unless specifically designed for such

  • Damage caused by using a kitchen product, such as a kitchen knife, outside for gardening or cutting wood/branches

  • Damage caused by attempting to cut frozen or partially frozen food

  • Any physical damage caused to the user if the product is used inappropriately
